Open Framework vs. Open-Source Software
CPS aims to publish reusable framework documentation. Software implementations may be developed independently.
Open-source licensing, public repositories, contribution processes, and any formal certification arrangements should be published only when established.
Publishing a framework openly does not automatically make it a formally recognized standard or open-source project. CPS launches as an open commercial framework with versioned methodology; explicit license and contribution processes will follow when defined.
